How to contact for a BULL product?
You can reach us through our telephone switchboard or by filling out a form on this same site to be contacted back. You can also visit us at our headquarters in France in Le Teil (07) or at one of our BULL agencies in Europe (Belgium; Switzerland; Portugal).
How is the quote prepared?
A personalized quote is created based on the needs and the desired tonnage.
Can you see or try a mini excavator before purchase?
Yes, it is entirely possible to visit the depot in Le Teil (07) or Montélimar (26).
It is also possible to carry out an on-site trial at the client’s location available in over 200 locations.
Finally, our European BULL agencies are also available to welcome you for a demonstration.
Is a deposit required to reserve a mini excavator?
By default, no deposit is requested. Depending on the order, a deposit of €500 may be required. The balance must be paid before shipment or pickup on site.
Spare parts and accessories
How to order extra parts or accessories?
Simply contact our customer service via the main line or your dedicated representative. The request is then forwarded to the workshop and shipped as quickly as possible.
Are spare parts available immediately?
Almost all parts are available directly in our workshops. In case of an announced stock shortage, an average delay of 8 days is required to receive the missing part.
Finally, after the warranty period, in addition to supplying you directly, BULL can recommend websites for self-supply if needed.
What are the delivery times for receiving spare parts?
Common parts: order at the beginning of the week → receive by the end of the week
Out-of-stock parts: via partner sites → fast delivery
Rare/imported parts: up to 3 weeks (e.g., from China)
Order tracking, modification, and cancellation
When is the order validated?
As soon as the quote is sent and confirmed by email, the order is created in the Bull Équipement software.
Can an order be modified?
Yes, the model or the tonnage can be modified at any time by phone or email.
Can an order be canceled?
Yes, at no cost if no deposit has been requested. If a deposit of €500 has been paid, the cancellation conditions are specified on the order form.
Payment and financing
When and how to pay for the mini excavator?
* On-site pickup: payment in front of the machine with proof of transfer
* Delivery: full payment before shipmentPayment methods: bank transfer (standard or instant). Certified bank check in advance within a minimum of 72 hours.
Can the machine be inspected or tested before payment?
Yes, via video call or by a trusted person on site.
What types of financing are available?
Partnership with Sofinco.
Individual: bank details, ID card, last 3 pay slips, proof of address
Professional: bank details, ID card, company financial statement, SIRE number, Kbis, proof of address
What is the duration of the financing?
Minimum 6 months, maximum 10 years.
Cancellation possible before final approval, early repayment to be confirmed with Sofinco.
Delivery, warranty, and customer service
What are the delivery times and conditions?
In stock: 1 to 3 weeks in France
Not immediately available: 1 to 2 months
The carrier handles unloading, and the machine is ready to use with fuel included. The customer must facilitate access if necessary.
What are the delivery costs?
They vary depending on the machine and the delivery area. Rates are available on the website or in the catalog.
What is the warranty?
* Standard warranty: 2 years on all mechanical operating parts.
* The customer contacts the main office or their preferred contact point for any after-sales service support.
What happens after the warranty expires?
Parts are no longer covered, but Bull Équipement offers advice and can assist with purchasing or shipping spare parts.
